Anthony “Tony” Burba rejoins Barnes & Thornburg’s litigation department as a partner in its Chicago office to focus on white collar and government investigations. He joins from the Fraud Section of the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), where he served as a trial attorney on the corporate and Appalachian regional prescription opioid strike forces in Nashville.
