Supplies are running low of the Guide to U.S. Litigation for Foreign Executives and Attorneys, which was featured in an article by Richard E. Donovan, partner and coordinator of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group at Kelley Drye, in the February issue of The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel. The guide is intended to explain some of the unique aspects of litigation in the United States to a foreign audience, to help them understand why U.S. litigation can be expensive and hard to avoid, and how best to resolve disputes once they arise.
