FTI Consulting, Inc. announces the appointment of Rishi Pabari and Paul Pritchard as managing directors in the Tax Advisory practice in London within the firm’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment.
Mr. Pabari’s appointment will significantly enhance the tax advisory practice’s capabilities in the hospitality and leisure sector, as well as bringing additional real estate tax expertise. He has over 16 years of experience in advising clients on their tax real estate investment life cycle. He has significant experience within the hospitality sector and working with private equity funds, developers, multinationals and family offices. He joins from EY, where he had specialized in real estate and hospitality transactions.
Mr. Pritchard specializes in restructuring tax and has advised on numerous complex debt restructurings over the last 10 years, as well as advising on tax due diligence and structuring of corporate acquisitions and disposals for listed corporates, private equity and infrastructure funds. He joins from EY where he was an associate partner, having been with the firm for over 20 years. He also has also advised several leading football clubs in the UK and Europe and has significant experience with football tax issues.
