Akin Gump Advises Barclays in $230 Million Capitalworks SPAC IPO
Capitalworks Emerging Markets Acquisition Corp, a Cayman Islands special purpose acquisition company, consummated its $230 million initial public offering on December 3, 2021. A team from Akin Gump represented Barclays Capital Inc., the sole book-running manager for the offering, in the IPO.
