Clifford Chance announced that Michelle McGreal has joined the firm's U.S. Financial Restructuring group as a partner in New York. She joins from Davis Polk & Wardwell.
McGreal focuses on complex corporate bankruptcy cases and restructurings. She represents debtors, senior lenders and other creditors, as well as purchasers of distressed assets, in out-of-court restructurings and chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
Prior to joining Davis Polk, McGreal was a judicial clerk for Chief Judge Stuart M. Bernstein at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
