FTI Consulting, Inc. announces the addition of Kerry J. Held as a Managing Director in the Strategic Communications segment, specializing in business transformation communications. Based in New York, Ms. Held will report to Shannon Stucky Pritchett, Americas Head of Restructuring & Business Transformation Communications.
Ms. Held will apply her expertise in internal communications, learning and development and change management to accelerate the achievement of clients’ transformation objectives while also enhancing their customer and employee experience. With more than 15 years’ experience in hospitality, retail, healthcare and other consumer-facing industries, Ms. Held understands organizational culture and how effective employee engagement can influence a client’s brand and customer experience. Her programs accelerate business priorities, with a direct impact on financial results, net promoter scores (“NPS”) and brand health metrics.

Ms. Held began her career at Union Square Hospitality Group, where she developed cultural learning and development programs to ensure a premier hospitality experience for Danny Meyers’s New York restaurants and other major consumer brands. Subsequently, she served as Senior Vice President of Employee Experience at Clear, where she defined the customer experience, implemented a national training and leadership coaching program, and enhanced communications structures with improvement in the company’s NPS scores.
Most recently, Ms. Held served as the Strategy Director of Employee Engagement at Siegel+Gale, where she partnered with clients to develop messaging and positioning, internal communications and trainings, and ambassador programs to elevate their brands among customers, employees and prospective employees.
