Leading international law firm Clifford Chance have announced the arrival of antitrust litigation partners Joseph Ostoyich and William Lavery in its US Antitrust practice. Ostoyich and Lavery specialize in competition and antitrust litigation, a core element of the firm's extensive global offering delivered by more than 200 attorneys, including 40 partners, across the firm's international presence.
Leading the firm's US Antitrust Litigation practice, Ostoyich brings to the firm more than 30 years' experience advising Fortune 500, Global 1000 and large private companies on antitrust private litigations and antitrust investigations. He has been the lead trial counsel on numerous antitrust matters and holds deep experience in price fixing and monopolization litigation, class actions, and in merger and non-merger investigations.
