Gabriela Coman, an experienced patent prosecutor, has joined McCarter & English, where she is a partner in the firm’s Washington office.
Gabriela will continue emphasizing patent work in a wide array of life sciences sub-sectors, including, medical devices, biotech and pharmaceuticals. As she has done throughout her legal career, she will also represent patent clients on engineering and semiconductor matters.
Before joining McCarter’s IP group, Gabriela was co-chair of the IP practice at 100-year-old, Boston-based Rubin Rudman. Prior to that, she was with Dickstein Shapiro and Blank Rome, when those two firms combined.
