FTI Consulting, Inc. announces the appointment of Maria Wu as a Managing Director of the business transformation practice within the corporate finance & restructuring segment in Beijing.
Ms. Wu, who brings more than 20 years of experience, will lead the business transformation practice in Beijing. Her appointment continues the firm’s investment in transformative services, enhancing its ability to help corporations address the people side of change.

Ms. Wu has helped clients drive transformational change and has strong expertise in organization development, post-M&A HR integration, organization transformation management and HR infrastructure establishment. She has led complex, large-scale change initiatives that include post-deal HR integration and communication strategy, workforce downsizing management and strategic talent development planning.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Wu served clients as a partner at EY and was the consulting director of people & change at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She was also the founder of her own consulting firm focusing on large-scale business transformation and organizational effectiveness.
