FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the continued growth of its Business Transformation practice with the appointment of four Managing Directors, enhancing expertise in the automotive and industrial; food, agriculture and beverage; and financial services sectors.
Sazz Ariyanayagam joins the Revenue Growth offering, Todd Eddy joins the Automotive & Industrial practice, Rich Kottmeyer joins the Food, Agriculture & Beverage practice, and Dave Messinger joins the Financial Services practice.

Mr. Ariyanayagam, who is based in Chicago, brings deep experience in all aspects of revenue growth, including go-to-market strategy, salesforce effectiveness, pricing excellence, digital transformation and solution selling. He has led many long-term international revenue growth programs across the technology, media, industrial, spirits, professional services and communications sectors.
Mr. Eddy, who is based in Detroit, draws on a range of industry experience, from automotive component manufacturing to consumer products. He has executed high-impact performance strategies, including lean operational improvements, product profitability and rationalization, footprint optimization, inventory reduction and management, and supply chain efficiency. Mr. Eddy began his career and spent 20 years with General Motors, where he held various operations and engineering roles.
Mr. Kottmeyer, who is based in Atlanta, is an expert on the future of food, consumer analytics and trends, processing and manufacturing, the Food Safety Modernization Act (“FSMA”), and food safety and the digitization of the sector. He has keynoted for leading events in over a dozen subsectors of the farm-to-fork value chain, from crop inputs to protein processing and branding to retail grocery and food service. Mr. Kottmeyer has advised in areas including innovation, technology, market growth (M&A and organic), food safety and transparency (where he helped write FSMA), and moving to new production models tied to consumer food trends both in COVID-19 and post-COVID-19 environments. He has served as a U.S. presidential agricultural think tank advisor for the past 15 years and is a member of the federal COVID-19 task force representing food and agriculture.
Mr. Messinger, who is based in New York, has spent the last 20 years leading business transformations in financial services, consumer products and retail. For the last 12 years, his focus has been commercial lending, banking, consumer finance, payments, consumer and commercial insurance, consumer and retail and institutional trading, as well as wealth management. He has led large-scale transformations for financial institutions, leveraging digital and lean techniques to streamline and automate processes and redesign critical single and multi-function processes while taking out cost and improving quality, risk management and client experiences.
