Clifford Chance announced that David DiBari has been reappointed as leader of its Americas Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice.
DiBari has over 25 years of experience in complex civil, regulatory and criminal matters arising under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the USA PATRIOT Act, U.S. economic sanctions and export controls, U.S. securities and banking laws and regulations, and other laws and regulations affecting the conduct of international business. He has extensive experience in defending global companies in multijurisdictional investigations and litigation, in advising companies on crisis management, and in developing and implementing cross-border risk mitigation and compliance programs.
His experience representing domestic and multinational companies includes matters before the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Federal Reserve, New York Department of Financial Services, Department of State, Department of Treasury, Department of Commerce, Department of Defense, Department of Justice, U.S. Congress and other Federal and state authorities and SROs.
DiBari is also a member of the Firm's Wider Leadership Group, the U.S. lead partner for the Firm's Global Risk Team and the managing partner of the Firm's Washington, DC office.
