The international law firm Clifford Chance advised SCHOCK, a Triton Fund V portfolio company, on the acquisition of Marmorin, the Polish manufacturer of bathroom and kitchen products from quartz composite materials.
The Clifford Chance team advising on the transaction was led by Wojciech Polz (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and included Karol Kulhawik (Senior Associate, Corporate/M&A), Zuzanna Potoczna, Michał Beściak and Adam Szyndler (Associates, Corporate/M&A). Joanna Kamińska (Senior Associate, Employment) was responsible for negotiating the new management contracts for key employees. Mateusz Chruściak (Counsel, Banking & Finance) and Wojciech Wątor (Associate, Banking & Finance) advised on the financing aspects of the transaction, including the repayment of bonds. Dr Anselm Raddatz (Head of Private Equity, Frankfurt) and Daniel Gutmann (Senior Associate, Private Equity, Frankfurt) supported the team in relation to German law aspects of the transaction.
Earlier last year Clifford Chance advised Triton Fund V advised by Triton on the acquisition of SCHOCK GmbH from IK Investment Partners.
