International law firm Clifford Chance advised R. Power, one of the fastest-growing large-scale solar energy developers in Europe, on the negotiation of a power purchase agreement (PPA) for the purchase of almost 300 MW of solar power in Poland with Axpo, Switzerland’s largest producer of renewable energy and an international leader in energy trading and the marketing of solar and wind power.
