International law firm Clifford Chance has advised Partners Group in connection with its financing package to support the acquisition of With Intelligence by Motive Partners, a specialist private equity firm focused on financial technology.
With Intelligence is a leading provider of investment data and intelligence for allocating, fund-raising and business development in the public and private markets. The investment is intended to serve as an accelerant for With Intelligence's growth, as the platform focuses on delivering leading connectivity, data and insights solutions to the Limited Partner and General Partner communities.
The Clifford Chance team was led by partner Jim MacHale with support from senior associate Katherine Sinclair, associates Yana Papst and Natalie Bennett and trainee Natalie Faktor, (London Global Financial Markets).
