Issuance marks Multibank's first international bonds in six years.
Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised Panamanian bank, Multibank Inc. (Multibank) on its successful return to the international capital markets since its debut transaction in 2017, with the issuance of US$300,000,000 of 7.750% Senior Notes due 2028 in a private placement transaction conducted pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act.
