Weil is advising QuickChek Corporation, the operator of more than 150 convenience market stores predominantly in the New York and New Jersey metropolitan area that offer on-the-go food service and one-stop shopping for snacks, coffee and other beverages, in its pending $645 million sale to Murphy USA, a retailer of gasoline and convenience merchandise with nearly 1,500 sites located primarily in the Southwest, Southeast and Midwest United States.
