Weil Complex Commercial Litigation partner Susan L. Shin has been formally installed on the Commercial Division Advisory Council of the Supreme Court of the State of New York. Ms. Shin was appointed to the Council by Chief Judge Janet DiFiore.
The Advisory Council, which comprises lawyers, current and former members of the judiciary, and in-house counsel, was created in 2013 by then-Chief Judge Jonathan Lippman to provide advice about “all matters involving and surrounding the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York.”
