Ready for 2030? - Law Technology Digest

Sanjay Kamlani starts his post out with the lyrics, so I've added the link to play in the background while you read. He's a huge fan of NFTs and doesn't understand why ALT columnists Joe Patrice and Olga Mack aren't fully embracing it. He gives examples of how they could be used, but fails to address what I continually bring up - recognition under the law. Sanjay reminisces, "I remember a late-stage law firm partner in the 1990s when I was a summer associate telling me how ridiculous email was - how unreliable and silly it was as he fed his document into a fax machine. I am pretty sure he found himself barely treading water but the time we got to 2000. Are you going to make it to 2030?" I recall those times to, although from a law firm consultant's point of view. I find myself more in Joe and Olga's camp. I am ready for 2030, but I'm not sure about NFTs. How about you? Read more at ABOVE THE LAW: Silly Monkeys
