We are also pleased to report on the first installment of our four-part dinner roundtable series on risk. We were thrilled to have 12 senior in-house MCC readers and an esteemed group from Clifford Chance join us for a lovely dinner and discussion at Le Bernadin in New York City. The first topic we tackled was cybersecurity, with Clifford’s Dan Silver leading the discussion andsharing insights gained from his time as chief of the National Security and Cybercrime Section at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. In this issue, we are also pleased to offer a robust Special Section about doing business in the European Union.
