Íñigo Berrícano & Alex Parkhouse joins Hogan Lovells as Partners

Íñigo Berrícano and Alex Parkhouse both join from Linklaters and will become part of the firm’s Capital Markets practice, based in Madrid and London respectively.

Íñigo a leading capital markets lawyer and was division leader of the Finance practice in Continental Europe for Linklaters. He is currently the only lawyer in Spain ranked Band 1 in debt and equity capital markets in both Chambers and Partners and Legal 500. He has a broad Capital Markets practice focusing mainly on equity related work, including capital raising, rights issues and IPOs. In addition, Íñigo also has a wealth of experience advising on debt restructuring, corporate governance and public M&A. He has held a number of management roles within Linklaters.

Alex is an experienced US securities lawyer whose practice encompasses the full range of capital markets and public M&A transactions as well as public company advice. Alex has acted for major financial institutions and corporates on market-leading transactions in various jurisdictions across EMEA and in the United States. He also has extensive experience advising US-listed issuers based outside the United States on SEC compliance and disclosure matters.
