Zapproved announced today that the company has further expanded its reach by creating new integrations for ZDiscovery® users to preserve data in Google Vault. For in-house teams using this popular cloud-based productivity suite, it will streamline the process when responding to litigation by enabling in-place preservations directly from Legal Hold Pro® when issuing a litigation hold.
Next to Microsoft Office 365, Google has become the most popular productivity suite used by businesses, public agencies and nonprofits. By connecting to Google Vault through our Cloud Preserve™ module, Zapproved users can preserve across the breadth of the G Suite application from Gmail, Chat and Drive to all of the productivity products including Calendars, Docs, Slides, Sheets and other systems.
“We have been hearing from more customers and prospects about adoption in their organizations of the Google Suite. Our teams worked directly with Google to connect our two systems so that within Legal Hold Pro, users can – with a few simple clicks – preserve data in place in Vault,” said Aaron Laliberte, Vice President of Product for Zapproved. “Our goal is to be able to seamlessly integrate Legal Hold Pro, the most widely adopted litigation hold management system, with the information ecosystem in our customers’ environments to reduce obstacles when preserving, collecting and reviewing data when litigation arises.”
Google Vault for Cloud Preserve is available today. Cloud Preserve already connects to Microsoft Office 365, so preservation for the two dominant cloud-based productivity suites is now simpler than ever.
