Ethical Dilemmas for the Practicing Lawyer, a half-day program sponsored by the Washington State Bar Association, will be presented on Tuesday, October 9 at the Spokane Doubletree, 322 N. Spokane Falls Court in Spokane. The seminar begins at 8:40 a.m. and adjourns at 1 p.m.
Don Logerwell, a full-time ADR neutral, will serve as program chair.
Discussions will include: avoiding or preventing common and not so common ethical quandaries; a roundtable on realistic fact patterns, and preventing today's decisions from causing more predicaments in the future.
