The Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America currently is planning a pair of seminars on issues of interest to its corporate counsel members.
On Monday, January 8, the chapter will present Finance for the In-House Lawyer from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Regional Enterprise Tower, 425 Sixth Avenue, Pittsburgh. The featured speaker will be Joseph Napoli, U.S. Steel Corporation.
On Monday, February 5, the chapter is offering Opting Out (or Not) of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., also at the Regional Enterprise Tower. The speaker will be Harry M. Fletchner, University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
