The program will include a discussion about the various legal and administrative concerns that employers with employees outside of the United States face, as well as foreign employers with operations in the United States. Taxation concerns related to retirement plans and other compensation arrangements will be covered as well as the application of U.S. laws to employers outside of the United States.
