Wisconsin Bar Presents 33rd Annual Corporate Practice Institute

Join the Wisconsin Bar for a three-day seminar focusing on corporate issues in 2009.

The event will run from Tuesday, December 8 through Thursday, December 10 with sessions scheduled from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. all three days. It will be held at the Pfizer Hotel, 424 E. Wisconsin Avenue in Milwaukee.

All attorneys in the Midwest face clients' business issues. This seminar will offer a clear understanding of a variety of legal issues that arise from the day-to-day operations of business. Some of the sessions are tax aspects of choice of entity; critical issues in intellectual property - what every corporate practitioner needs to know; litigating (and avoiding litigation) in a turbulent economy; green building risk management for the corporate practitioner; business considerations of healthcare reform, and ethical issues arising in representing businesses.

The speakers and presenters will include members of the Wisconsin bar in corporate and business practices. Please check the website for updates listing the faculty later this month.
