Wisconsin Bar Association Plans Water Resources Seminar

The State Bar of Wisconsin is offering a CLE seminar titled Issues on the Waterfront II: Two Years Later and Still Making Waves.

The program will take place on Thursday, March 13 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. at the State Bar Center, 5302 Eastpark Boulevard, Madison, WI.

Among the discussion topics will be: Overview of Shoreland and Navigable Water Regulations; The New NR 115 (Wisconsin's Shoreland Protection Program): Status and Overview; The New NR 115: Issues and Concerns/Other Comments Regarding DNR Programs and Positions; The Role of Local Government and Concerns That Role Brings; The Consultant's Role, and Issues and Concerns From The Conservationist's Viewpoint.

The program chair is Donald L. Bach, DeWitt Ross & Stevens S.C. Among the speakers are Gregg Breese, Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources; Elizabeth Day, Natural Resources Consulting, Inc, and Phil Gaudet, land resources manager, Washington County, WI.
