The Louisiana State Bar Association has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Hot Topics in Insurance Law.
The program will take place on Friday, September 28 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel, 500 Canal Street, New Orleans. Registration will begin at 8 a.m.
Among the discussion topics are: Insurance Bad Faith in Louisiana: A View From Both Sides of the Table; Staying Out of the Heat: Excess Insurance; Commercial Policies: What You Don't Know Can Hurt You; Turning Up the Heat: Broker/Agent Liability, and Insurance Landscape After Katrina/Rita.
