What NC Attorneys Should KnowAbout The State's Business Court

The North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) this month will present a CLE seminar Complex Litigation in the N.C. Business Court.

The program will take place on Friday, May 11 from, 8:55 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at the Grandover Resort & Conference Center, 1000 Club Road, Greensboro, NC.

Participants can expect to: learn what the North Carolina Business Court is, how it works and what it does; gain practical tips from experienced practitioners on what works - and what doesn't - in the Business Court; hear what Judge John R. Jolly Jr. would like for practitioners to know before appearing before the Business Court, and understand the unique issues that confront the practitioner in complex business cases.
