What Attorneys Should Know About Alternative Work Arrangements

Massachusetts CLE is planning a CLE seminar titled Issues & Problems With Alternative Work Arrangements.

The program will take place on Monday, May 21 from 1 to 5 p.m. at the MCLE Conference Center, 10 Winter Place, Boston.

This seminar makes attorneys aware of the workplace options that are available and how to minimize risk. The speakers discuss arrangements such as independent contractors, outsourcing, job-sharing, leased employees, temporary employees, telecommuting, and other lesser known alternatives. The faculty of employment law, tax and benefit specialists, in-house counsel, and human resources leaders discuss the many issues involved in these arrangements. They explain and highlight common problems faced by business lawyers and general practitioners.
