On Tuesday, May 4, join the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the ACC and Dickie McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. as they examine Employment and Labor Law 2010.
The CLE program will be held at the offices of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C., Two PPG Place in Pittsburgh. It will begin at 11:30 a.m. and end at 1:00 p.m., and lunch will be provided.
The seminar will be presented by Terri Imbarlina Patak, of counsel with Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. Ms. Patak has over a decade of experience in the area of employment and labor law, and she regularly conducts training for companies in the areas of employment discrimination and harassment, best practices for human resources management, and hiring and firing policies, as well as union avoidance.
Ms. Patak, who has been representing primarily employers in the labor and employment law arena for the past 13 years, will offer insight into the latest developments in employment and labor law.
