WESFACCA is planning a CLE seminar titled Trademark Licensing: A Look From Both Sides.

The program will take place on Wednesday, June 13 from 8:30 a.m. to noon at the Kelley Drye & Warren Conference Center, Stamford, CT.

The provisions critical to have a successful trademark license will be discussed by both licensors and licensees. The session is designed to help attendees improve their negotiating by understanding the risk/reward balances of both sides as outside firms and in-house counsel discuss how they manage the risk when trademarks are on the line.

The program moderator will be Steven Moore, Kelley Drye. Other speakers will be Terri J. Frank, assistant general counsel for intellectual property, Weight Watchers International, Inc., and Lauren Bruzzone, senior IP counsel for information technology services, IBM.
