WESFACCA has scheduled a CLE seminar titled What You Should Know (and Have Possibly Forgotten) About Articles 2 & 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
The program will take place on Tuesday, March 25 from 8:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at Covidien, 150 Glover Avenue, Norwalk, CT.
In connection with Article 9, the program will attempt to answer questions such as: What transactions are covered by UCC Article 9 and which are not? What are the different rules for creation, perfection and priority for different kinds of collateral?
In connection with Article 2, the seminar will address questions such as: Which rules apply? When is a contract not a contract?
