WESFACCA Plans Annual Antitrust Seminar

WESFACCA has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Annual Comprehensive Antitrust Back to Basics.

The program will take place on Wednesday, June 27 from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Malcolm Pirnie headquarters, 4 Corporate Park, White Plains, NY.

The session will cover issues such as: Overview of Key Antitrust Issues, including Relationships With Competitors, Relationships With Suppliers, Customers and Distributors, Monopolization and Market Power, Antitrust Law and Intellectual Property, Mergers, Acquisitions and Joint Ventures, and How to Counsel Your Clients in light of the upcoming Leegin and Twombly decisions; Building an Effective Global Antitrust Compliance Program, and The In-House Perspective, including How to Counsel Your Clients on Antitrust Issues That Arise Day-to-Day.
