WESFACCA Looks At In-House Attorney-Client Privilege

The Westchester Southern Connecticut Chapter of the ACC will examine Attorney-Client Privilege in the Corporate Setting.

The event will begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at noon on Friday, March 25, at the Woodway Country Club, 540 Hoyt Street in Darien, Connecticut. It will be a basic primer on the attorney-client privilege and work product doctrine. Other topics include How Privilege Applies in the Corporate Context with a discussion of Upjohn; Legislative Developments and Rule Changes that Affect Privilege; Department of Justice and SEC Policies on Waiver; and a Discussion of the Recent EU Decision on Application of Privilege to In-House Counsel.

The speakers are James Glasser and Joseph Martin, partners from the New Haven Office of Wiggin and Dana LLP.
