The 3rd Annual Patent Law and Pharmaceuticals Symposium will take place on Tuesday, September 22 from 12:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Center for Law, Science & Technology, Rutgers University, 123 Washington Street, Newark, NJ.It will be hosted by Rutgers School of Law and the New Jersey Intellectual Property Law Association and sponsored by Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
Registration begins at 11:15 a.m.Lunch at noon will be followed by a keynote address by The Hon. Paul R. Michel, chief circuit judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. The program concludes with a light cocktail reception at approximately 5:30 p.m.
A conversation among in-house counsel regarding critical issues confronting the pharmaceutical industry will follow the presentations.
