Weil has advised Providence Equity Partners and Heron UK Bidco Limited on the recommended cash offer for London-listed Hyve Group Plc, the international organizer of exhibitions and conferences.
The transaction, which was announced on March 15, 2023 and became effective on May 22, 2023, values Hyve at £524 million including debt and is financed by equity provided by funds managed and/or advised by Providence and Searchlight Capital Partners, and by senior debt facilities provided by funds managed and/or advised by Hayfin Capital Management, and by Deutsche Bank.
