Weil is advising Poppulo (a portfolio company of Susquehanna Growth Equity), a provider of email and mobile employee communication software, in its merger with Four Winds Interactive LLC (a portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners), an enterprise software company for digital signage, interactive kiosk, and mobile applications used to digitally transform customer and employee experiences. The combined business will serve over 6,000 customers, making it the market’s most comprehensive omni-channel employee communications platform. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
