Weil is advising Cornell Capital and its portfolio company Knowlton Development Corporation (KDC/ONE), a contract developer, manufacturer and supplier of personal care and household products, in its merger with HCT Group Holdings Limited, a provider of design, engineering, manufacturing, formulation, filling and logistics services for cosmetics products. The transaction is expected to close in early 2020 and is subject to customary closing conditions.
