Weil is advising Clayton, Dubilier & Rice on the acquisitions of the Facilities Services business of OCS Group and Atalian. As a result of the transactions, the two family-owned businesses will create a global facilities management platform with a presence in Europe and Asia-Pacific across cleaning, security, catering, and multi-technical services, among others. The acquisitions are subject to regulatory and other customary approvals.
