Weil adds private equity partner Jeffery Malonson

International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP announced today that Jeffery Malonson has joined the Firm as a partner. Mr. Malonson is part of Weil’s global Private Equity practice focusing on oil and gas transactions and is based in Houston.

Mr. Malonson joins Weil from the Houston office of King & Spalding, where he regularly advised private equity funds and management teams in their most important strategic transactions. His focus is on oil and gas exploration and production, oil and gas mineral and royalty interest, midstream, infrastructure, transportation, oilfield service, oilfield equipment manufacturing, liquefied natural gas, and chemical and refining companies.
