The most recent trends and best practices in the evolving field of employment law will be examined in a Virginia CLE program titled Best Practices for Workers' Comp Attorneys.
The program will be held on Wednesday, June 4 at the Richmond Marriott West, 4240 Dominion Boulevard, Richmond, and on Thursday, June 5 at the Waterford at Fair Oaks, 12025 Lee Jackson Memorial Highway, Fairfax, VA. On both days the seminar will begin with registration at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at 1:25 p.m.
Tips and practical advice on procedures and pitfalls, settlements and attorneys fees, and recent cases and trends will be featured. Lawrence J. Pascal, Ashcraft & Gerel LLP, will moderate the program. The Hon. William R. Culbreth, Workers' Compensation Commission, Harrisonburg, and the Hon. Susan E. Cummins, Workers' Compensation Commission, Fairfax, are among the faculty.
