Tuesday, July 8, Thomas Spahn, a partner with McGuireWoods LLP, will lead a seminar titled 2008 Ethics Update for All Attorneys Who Use E-Mail. Mr. Spahn has served on the ABA Standing Committee on Ethics and Professionalism, and currently serves on the Virginia Legal Ethics Committee and on the Virginia Judicial Ethics Advisory Committee.
The program will be held at the Waterford at Fair Oaks, 12025 Lee Jackson Memorial Highway, Virginia, and will begin at 10 a.m. and conclude at noon.
