Virginia CLE To Host 17th Annual Employment Law Seminar

2008: An Employment Odyssey - Bold New Steps for Plaintiffs and Employers is the title of Virginia CLE's 17th annual seminar on employment law.

The program will be held on Tuesday, June 17, at the Crowne Plaza Tysons Corner, 1960 Chain Bridge Road, Tysons Corner, VA, Wednesday, June 18, at the Executive Conference and Training Center at Dulles, 22685 Holiday Park Drive, Dulles and Thursday, June 19, at the Crowne Plaza Old Town Alexandria, 901 North Fairfax Street, Alexandria, VA. On all three days the seminar will begin at 8 a.m. and adjourn at 4:15 p.m.

Topics to be covered in this course include Evolving Theories of Recovery, Innovative Approaches to Defending Employment Cases and Employment Ethics Litigation. Back by popular demand is Point-Counterpoint on Employment Law Developments Over the Past Year. Thomas P. Murphy, Hunton & Williams and Harris D. Butler, Butler Williams & Skilling will moderate; the faculty includes Betty S. W. Graumlich, Reed Smith LLP and John M. Bredehoft, Kaufman & Canoles.
