Virginia CLE To Explore Bankruptcy And Reorganization

Virginia Continuing Legal Education is bringing together leading practitioners and bankruptcy attorneys for the 24th Annual Mid-Atlantic Institute on Bankruptcy and Reorganization Practice.The two-day seminar takes place on Friday and Saturday, September 25 and 26; the current daily schedule is pending. This year's event is located at the Boar's Head Inn, Route 250 West, Charlottesville, VA.

The program will feature updates, developments and emerging topics in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 filings. The economy and the future of TARP will be discussed as well as special issues in major industries or retail cases.The agenda also includes examination of ethical responsibilities of creditor's lawyers.
