VA CLE To Replay Trial Advocacy Seminar

Virginia CLE is offering a video replay of a CLE seminar titled The Five Keys to Effective Trial Advocacy.

The program will take place on Tuesday, December 11 from 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Old Town, 901 North Fairfax Street, Alexandria, VA. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.

The featured speaker is James McElhaney, a trial strategy consultant and CLE lecturer. He will teach participants how the best trial lawyers in the country use opening to make the jury want them to win, how to make the jury "eyewitnesses" to facts in direct examination, how to use the language of cross-examination to win amazing control over witnesses, how to make an expert witness the guide the jury wants to follow, and the four principles that make final argument compelling.
