VA CLE Slates Business Law Program

Virginia CLE will present its 38th Annual Advanced Business Law Seminar on Thursday and Friday, February 21 and 22.

The program will take place from 1 to 5:50 p.m. on Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 13:10 p.m. on Friday at The Boar's Head Inn, Route 250 West, Charlottesville, VA.

Dennis Unkovic, Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP, will discuss Doing Business in India and China: The Next Ten Years.

Susan M. Pesner, Pesner Kawamoto Law Group PC, will examine Real Estate Issues in Business Transactions.

Edward Lee Isler, Isler Dare Ray & Radcliffe, P.C., and Edward B. Lowry, Michie Hamlett Lowry Rasmussen & Tweel PLLC, will explore Executive and Professional Employment Agreements.

John B. Farmer, Leading-Edge Law Group, will cover Licensing and Other IP and IT Issues.

David Hricik, Mercer Law School, will discuss Legal Ethics Issues Important to the Business lawyer.
