The Utah State Bar Association will present a program titled Ethics School on Wednesday, August 1.
The session will take place from 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. at the Utah Law & Justice Center, Salt Lake City, UT.
This seminar is designed to answer questions and confront issues regarding some of the most common practical problems that the Office of Professional Conduct assists attorneys with on a daily basis. Participants will learn how to avoid complaints, their duty to clients, law office management, professionalism and civility, avoiding conflicts of interest, and how to effectively respond to complaints.
