The Utah State Bar Association this month will present a CLE seminar titled Third Annual Benson & Mangrum on Evidence.
The program will take place on Thursday, December 14 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Utah Law & Justice Center, Salt Lake City, UT.
The featured speakers will be the Hon. Dee V. Benson, U.S. District Court for Utah, and Collin Mangrum, professor, Creighton University Law School. They will discuss evidence issues such as hearsay and confrontation, authentication and original writing, relevancy and privilege, judicial notice and presumptions, expert testimony, other witnesses, process rules, and trial ethics.
