UT To Host Corporate Counsel Institute

The University of Texas School of Law is hosting its annual Corporate Counsel Institute on two separate dates in two locations.

On Thursday and Friday, April 15 and 16, the institute will be held at the Adolphus Hotel, 1321 Commerce Street in Dallas, and on Thursday and Friday, April 29 and 30, it will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel, 1300 Lamar Street in Houston.

Sessions run from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Thursday and from 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. on Friday.

Topics include records retention; schedule/policy; implementing compliance programs; transportation contracts and logistics; antitrust: a midstream review; intellectual property: top 10 focus items; enterprise risk management and the practice of preventive law; and a federal regulations overview.
