University Of Texas School Of Law To Replay Seminar On E-Discovery

The University of Texas School of Law is planning a video replay of its 2007 E-Discovery Workshop.

The program will take place on Friday, December 7 from 8:50 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Doubletree Hotel Houston Downtown, 400 Dallas Street, Houston.

Discussion topics will include: E-Discovery and Professional Responsibility; Ten Geeky Things Lawyers Need to Know; Litigation Readiness; E-Discovery Jeopardy; Preservation Priorities; Cross-Border Electronic Issues, and Cost Containment.

Among the speakers are Craig D. Ball, certified computer forensic examiner; David Chaumette, Shook, Hardy & Bacon, L.L.P.; the Hon. Nathan L. Hecht, Texas Supreme Court, and Carolyn Southerland, Huron Consulting Group.
